What We Do

our focus

  • Faith

Every Saturday morning at 10am - rain or shine - we meet outside under large canopy tents to worship together.

We are a part of the United Methodist Church and seek to create an open and inclusive space for people from all walks of life. Whether you have been a lifelong Methodist, a regular church attender, or a spiritual seeker we would love for you to visit us and see if we would be a good fit for you.

  • Food

We have developed several plots of gardens and grow a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, potatoes, kale, peas, and collards.

Because we don’t have access to water, we have created a gravity fed watering system that brings water to all our veggies. During the Spring, Summer and Fall we have regular opportunities to help with the garden. We donate all our vegetables to St Paul’s food bank here in Aurora CO.

Last year alone we were able to donate over 650 lbs of fresh produce to families in need!

  • Conservation

    Conservation

While we develop the 9.6 acres of property, we seek to do so ethically and sustainably, constantly asking ourselves how we can live “with” the land and not just “on” the land.

Our existence impacts the diverse, interconnected world that thrived long before us. As members of a global community, we are responsible for instigating positive change within sensitive ecosystems like open prairies and watersheds. Acknowledging the wisdom of indigenous communities who have coexisted harmoniously with the environment for centuries is crucial. By incorporating their knowledge and practices, we can strive for sustainable transformations that uplift, rather than devastate, the delicate balance of life.
