Meet the staff

Ross Janovec has served The Land since September 2022. He received his undergraduate education from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE where he got a degree in Elementary Education. Since then, Ross has found his way to serving the community through a variety of non-profit organizations.

Recently, Ross made the decision to follow a call to ordained ministry with the United Methodist Church. He is pursuing a Master of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology in Denver, CO.

He and his wife have been married since 2014 and have two dog children. Their favorite activities strongly lean towards experiencing the beauty of Colorado in a variety of ways. Ross finds enjoyment in reading, board games, and going to local cultural opportunities.

Eric McEuen has been a guitar player, singer, and songwriter for more than 20 years. He received his BA in Music from Brandeis University and studied for three years at Pacific School of Religion (Berkeley, CA). At The Land, Eric is responsible for the music program, worship leadership, and small group ministries.
